The rooms are simple but clean, and the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options including traditional Brazilian food. The staff, particularly the security guard Marcilio, are friendly and helpful, even providing a history of the convento and assisting with ordering delivery food for the restaurant. The location is perfect, being in the historic zona and close to everything.

I had a truly extraordinary stay at this lovely pousada in Olinda. The peaceful atmosphere of the former monastery was absolutely enchanting. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and my room, although small, had everything I needed. The simplicity of the rooms actually added to the charm and authenticity of the historic convent. The breakfast spread was more than enough, with a good variety of hot and cold options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though they only spoke Portuguese.

Wow, what a place! Full of history, amazing location, and beautiful views from the terrace. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a modern feel. And can you believe the price? It's unbelievably low for what you get!

Now, there were a couple of downsides. The room could have been arranged better - no bedside table and limited power sockets.
